Unsere Ferienwohnung im gemütlichen „New Country Style“ lädt zur Erholung und Entspannung ein. Genießen Sie die Outdoor-Sauna in direkter Nähe der Wohnungsterrasse. Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Haustiere bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 35 cm sind erlaubt.

The cozily furnished bright apartment is located in the Göttingen East Quarter only about 1 km away from the historic old town very close to the Schillerwiesen. In a few steps you can reach the bus stop with direct connection to the train station 2 km away. The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The modern tiled bathroom with window is right next to the apartment for exclusive use. The neighborhood is friendly. There is free parking throughout the street.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The property is located in the center of Göttingen and is quickly accessible from the train station at 650 meters. Shopping for everyday needs is possible in the shortest distance. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
