Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Séez

Host gentilissimi e super disponibili anche prima dell' arrivo. Appartamento carino, tenuto bene, provvisto di tutto e quindi molto accogliente. Super comoda la posizione soprattutto con i bambini. Il paese è piccolo ma alla fine c'è tutto quello che serve! Bellissima la natura!

Incredible location highly recommended. 10 minutes walk from train and bus links to Chamonix which was easy. Close to shop. Beautiful views. Bit of TLC maintenance needed on some of the woodwork like balustrades and water is a tank so we did go without hot for a few hours but no drama really. Overall would defo come again. Communication was good as well

Logement agréable, spacieux, situé proche des stations des Arcs / Paradiski (15mn de voiture jusqu’à Bourg-st-Maurice puis funiculaire direct) et aussi de Tignes / Val d’Isere (30mn en voiture) Tout est un peu suranné dans le chalet mais cela a un certain charme et on apprécie d’avoir de l’espace. Nous avons apprécié l’arrivée flexible avec la boîte à clés, et Olivier a été très agréable et très réactif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

We stayed at Bruno's place for ten days during a cycling trip. It was the perfect spot for 4 guys with separate bedrooms. The upstairs area, living room and kitchen, is fantastic and spacious with nice views. The terrace is useful and relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. The storage room for bikes (or skis) was extremely helpful. Bruno was nice enough to allow the bike rental company to deposit the bikes there two days early because of a holiday situation. Parking was always easy (across the street). The only comment we had was that there are tenants downstairs. The listing creates the impression that one rents the entire house. That said, we never heard or saw them until the final day when we checked out (she checked the upstairs). Internet was blazing fast, TV worked great. It's an easy walk to the pedestrian area in Bourg with restaurants. The Lidl is walkable, but if you prefer Super-U a car is a must. Bruno's place is highly recommended!

Si vous venez habiter chez Sarah et Loic, vous serez surpris. Au delà d'une maison impeccable du sous-sol au 2ème étage, vous rencontrerez un couple à votre disposition en voisinage pour de nombreuses aides dont celles de vous expliquer le fonctionnement d'appareils ménagers comme la cafetière à grains de dernière génération, de la télévision grand écran ou pour la facilité de faire un feu avec le poêle où tout a été préparé. Nous avons eu un grand plaisir à vivre à huit dans cette maison pour neuf personnes et d'inviter ponctuellement deux borains sur place. Nous les remercions pour leur attention et leur gentillesse. Un superbe séjour dans une superbe maison. Toutes les bonnes conditions pour passer un agréable moment et se ressourcer au pied des montagnes et au bord du lac (et y piquer une tête tous les jours évidemment). Une hôte bienveillante et disponible pour assurer dans toutes les situations ! Vivement la prochaine halte savoyarde !

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

Le chalet était super en tout point !!! Très spacieux, vue incroyable depuis le salon et les chambres et environnement calme et reposant. La salle de bain dans chaque chambre est vraiment un plus surtout quand on vient avec des enfants. À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé un logement très propre et bien rangé ainsi qu’une literie de qualité. Super séjour 👍

We came as a 2 families with children. The accommodation was relaxing, warm and comfortable. The host Pierre and Veronica were very friendly and made sure that they were always accessible when we needed them. It is a perfect place for easy access to skiing and 100% recommend families and friends.

Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût. Dans un environnement calme, avec une vue incroyable sur le Mont-Blanc. Appartement très accueillant où rien ne manque, une cuisine bien équipée. Le centre de Chamonix est accessible à pieds et des départs de randonnées à proximité. Anne est très réactive, et toujours l’écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We had a lovely family stay. As a mixed group of adults and children the apartment worked really well. it was spacious, in a good location and had everything we needed. the open plan living area and kitchen were great and very well equipped. we would recommend to others.

Nous avons fait plusieurs location au sein d’Arêches, l’appartement RDC d’un chalet de Véronique est le plus spacieux réservé. Un beau jardin donnant sur la montagne. Trois belles chambres. Très adapté pour des enfants de 13 mois. Je recommande l’appartement de Véronique. Et Véronique est une hôtesse très calme et douce. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied de l’appartement (centre d’Arêches, départ randonnée).

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement proposé à L’Etage du gîte, parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très propre, très confortable et offre un calme absolu et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, donnant des instructions précieuses et des recommandations agréables afin de profiter des bonnes adresses aux alentours. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Lathuile.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Superbe séjour passé chez Elsa et Marc, des hôtes très acceuillant, de bons conseils et très réactifs aux différentes demandes de notre part. La maison est propre et confortable, une maison où l’ont s’y sent bien comme chez soit, proche des stations de ski et des lieux incontournables à visiter. Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances de Noël. Marianne a été très attentionnée avec un sapin allumé à notre arrivée, les enfants étaient aux anges ! Tout était impeccable dans la maison qui est très spacieuse. Nous étions 7 dont 3 enfants et deux petits chiens en plus et on ne se marchait pas dessus, chacun pouvait avoir son espace. Gros coup de cœur pour la station de ski st François longchamp à 30 min, conseillée par Marianne. Idéal pour apprendre le ski aux enfants Et pour finir le point qui a été le plus important pour nous c’était de trouver une maison qui accepte les chiens ( et c’est de plus en plus rare), encore un grand merci à Marianne.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

très bel emplacement. Saint jorioz est un très joli lieu, bien situé. Possibilités de belles promenades au bord du lac. la maison est agréable et confortable. la vue est splendide et reposante. nous la recommandons vivement. Marie Cécile est sympathique.
