Dingin,durgun,ve sakin. Akşamları Sisam adasının ışıklarını görünür. Nisan başında açmaya başlayan mandalina, portakal çiçekleri ortalığa yayılır. Sahil boyunca 5 kilometrelik yürüyüş alanı vardır.Güneş batarken denizden manzarayı seyretmeye doyum olmaz. Kıyı boyunca çay bahçelerinde canlı müzik vardır.

Our house was opened in September 2023 and all items are zero. Located in the center of Seferihisar, our 2+1 house has 2 comfortable large beds in 2 separate rooms, 160x200, and a seating group in the living room. All furnitures are Butterfly Furniture. Our house, which is 5-10 minutes by car from the sea and historical spots, has a large balcony, a full-size kitchen: oven, coffee machine, tea machine and stove, your house has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a stylish bathroom.

A modern kitchen area features sleek cabinetry and a variety of appliances, including a refrigerator and an oven. A comfortable sofa is positioned nearby, adorned with decorative pillows. A patterned rug adds warmth to the light-colored flooring, while natural light filters through sheer curtains.

Great 2-room basement apartment

Great basement apartment for up to six guests with a small outdoor area. Pleasant temperatures in summer. The bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe. The living room has a kitchenette, another guest bed, a sofa bed and a recliner. The apartment is located in the lower part of the house with its own entrance. The upper part of the house is also rented out via Airbnb. However, the guests have their own entrance and their own garden area.
