Our house, located in the center of Sığacık Kaleiçi, is within walking distance to the sea and marina, right next to restaurants, bars, live music venues and the famous natural market. It is 5 minutes by car to the Ancient City of Teos and 1 km to the beaches and Beach Clubs. It offers a comfortable stay for 4 people with its two spacious rooms, modern design kitchen, spacious garden and a terrace on the upper floor. It makes you feel like you're at home.

Our house is located 150 meters from Sığacık Kaleiçi and the Port, opposite Sığacık Marina, and it is very easy to get everywhere. There are restaurants, cafes, local bakeries, all major markets, greengrocers and taxi stops within walking distance. All blue flag beaches in and around Sığacık are 3-5 minutes away by car. We have other houses with different decorations, features and sizes in our building. Each house has its own private area.

Blue House - Sığacık

It is the second floor of a 2-storey summer house with a view of Sığacık Marina, on the street, close to Sığacık beaches and shopping places. It is fully furnished. There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 1 additional single bed can be provided. Points to note; Pets are not allowed. A reservation of at least 3 nights is required. Due to its quiet location, loud music and excessive noise should be avoided. No smoking in the house.
