From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

Our house, which promises peace with its 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, its own private pool, fireplace in winter and endless sea view, awaits its guests. Each of the rooms with 3 double beds and a bunk bed has a sea view, and each room has its own electric radiators to warm up in winter. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace with a unique view and organize walks to the nature and the historical ancient city. In summer, you can enjoy the sea at 3 blue-green award-winning beaches within walking distance.

Filter and Turkish coffee machines, an air fryer, a KitchenChef, and basic kitchen supplies (tea, sugar, salt, etc.) are ready for first use. Soap, shower gel, toilet paper; clean sheets and spare towels are available. The host lives on the terrace floor.
