A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

The guest have full acces of the entire house and the main garden. On top of the house there is a seperate roof flat where the owner lives. You can reach the beaches in 3 mnts walk. ancient cty Teos by 20 mnts walk and Sığacık village in 10 mnts by car. There is a beach cafe in summer time.You can make online shopping from Migros market or go shopping to Sığacık. Guests should share their passport ID information as per local legal regulations. Guests not available in guest list on your reservation are not allowed to check in.

Kale sits at the top of the hill — a whitewashed house with three tall arched windows facing the valley. Inside, a curved living room, a kitchen and dining table, one bedroom with its own bathroom. Outside, a terrace where the sun goes down over the bay. A few steps away there's a big timber pergola on the edge of the hill — long benches, a table, and the whole valley in front of you. The pool, gardens, orchard and pergola are shared with the other houses on the property.

It is the second floor of a 2-storey summer house with a view of Sığacık Marina, on the street, close to Sığacık beaches and shopping places. It is fully furnished. There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 1 additional single bed can be provided. Points to note; Pets are not allowed. A reservation of at least 3 nights is required. Due to its quiet location, loud music and excessive noise should be avoided. No smoking in the house.

Very nice spacious house. Perfect for up to seven people. Even in midsummer a great place, as there is almost always some wind. 400 meters to the beach. Swimming, shopping, culture and no mass tourism. A glass of wine on the terrace with fresh grilled fish after a nice day at the beach. What could be nicer?
