The apartment is directly accessible from the outside via the stairwell, has a parking space, storage for bicycles or motorcycles. My husband and I offer: a spacious (90 m²) apartment with every comfort on the garden level. Located on the outskirts of a tiny village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the rural, hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for little children. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dog's are welcome. (let us know when booking) We DO NOT provide breakfast.

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring during construction. They have 7 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas with kitchen that are fully equipped. There is a spa area with a hot tub, a terrace with lounge chairs, and a sauna with panoramic windows.
