It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Thanks to its location on the Slovenian border, the house is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, and the surrounding area invites you to cycling and hiking tours. This well-designed 50 m² apartment is located just outside the wine town of Leibnitz, in southern Styria. More precisely, in a quiet little village. The apartment is located in an apartment building with a total of three apartments. The city center of Leibnitz is about 15 minutes away, the South Styrian Wine Route is about 30 minutes away and the highway is only 5 minutes away. Perfect for solo travelers or couples to spend a lovely time in southern Styria.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The studio with extra kitchen is modernly decorated and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It offers a cozy pine bed, a dining area for two, a private large loggia/terrace with sun loungers and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare simple meals, including a hob, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.
