Holiday rentals with a patio in Sehmatal

The stay was very nice. The location is great. Near the Basteibrücke and from the accommodation you can start hiking routes directly. The accommodation is easy to reach, even if you are traveling by public transport. Thanks to Sergejus' hospitality, we quickly felt comfortable. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night…Would have liked to stay longer. Gladly again. :)

We loved the place, everything new, tastefully furnished and thought out in detail. In addition, the possibility to use the sauna. Perfect!

Amazing stay ! Sad that it was only for one night for us and we would have liked to stay more. It is worth nothing that the apartment is on the 6th or 7th floor without an elevator which was a bit of struggle since I had senior members with me. No complaints ! It was an amazing stay

We had a wonderful week of vacation here, the house is in a beautiful location and is exactly as the pictures show. Dresden is easy to reach and nature is also very varied and beautiful. The old town of Pirna is just across the water and is easily accessible on foot with the pound. Definitely recommended, even in the winter months!

Top accommodation in the best location! The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, absolutely clean and well equipped – nothing was missing. The location is top: only a few minutes' walk along the Elbe promenade to the beautiful old town with many sights. There are nice people, numerous shopping facilities and a wide selection of restaurants in the area. The communication went smoothly – Michael contacted us and provided us with helpful tips for the stay. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We booked the accommodation for a short break. Directly upon arrival, we were already warmly welcomed by Ines and thus felt very comfortable. For our four-legged friends, there was also a small welcome package. The accommodation is furnished with attention to detail, making you feel right at home. Our highlight was enjoying the sunset in the evening. This could be observed wonderfully from the balcony. The surrounding area is very quiet and offers many opportunities for hiking. We would recommend this place anytime!

We were proactively contacted in advance regarding arrival. We were able to check in flexibly. The host's welcome was warm and benevolent. We felt right at home. The apartment is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. All lovingly renovated. Linen and towels are of good quality. For fireplace, sauna use, etc. you pay a small extra fee. Since it is a half-timbered house, you have to expect noise from the upper apartment if it is occupied. There is a heated boot dryer on the ground floor for wet shoes. Really practical and thoughtful. You can hike right from the house. Shopping and ski resort are quickly reached by car. We recommend the place.

Wow, Chorah's house is truly an absolute dream. It's actually even better than the pictures show. We were with a group of 18 people for a round of birthday party and everyone had enough space for themselves and there were enough places to spend time even in smaller groups. The garden and pool are also really nicely laid out. And in the sun, the sun deck is the perfect place! We will be very happy to come back! :-)

Very nice and thoughtful hosts, nice apartment with great views for outdoor breakfast. We didn't miss anything. Only the location directly above the railway line caused us restless sleep.

We had a very nice extended weekend with Sylvia and her family. In the detached house in a very quiet location, we felt welcome and comfortable. The check in and out was very flexible and the communication very friendly and proactive. The house is really nice as well as the conservatory, terrace and pool area in the garden. The pool is not heated but clean and perfect for a refreshment on warm summer days. Our boys (2/4) and we were in it a lot and liked it. We were particularly pleased with the small family-friendly touches, such as Baby biscuits in the fruit basket, high chair and place setting, bathroom stool and toilet seat, a giant teddy bear. There are many great things to discover in the area (by car), but of course also in Moritzburg itself, on the Elbe and in Dresden. Tldr, we had a great time, the kids didn't want to go home. Thank you so much for everything!

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly furnished house! The rooms are designed with a lot of taste and attention to detail - you immediately feel comfortable. We particularly liked the location: pleasantly quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet you are in the middle of the city in a short time. A perfect combination of relaxation and good connections. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place.

The stay in the accommodation was great, the pictures do not promise too much! The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished, and the high fence and gate in front of the house gave us a feeling of privacy at all times. We were also greeted with snacks and drinks and there was Amazon Prime and Netflix set up from the accommodation. Everything went smoothly and without complications. All in all, the accommodation is only a recommendation and worth every penny! If we ever find ourselves in the Czech Republic again, we will definitely stay with Sarka :)

We had a wonderful stay in the little house on the meadow. Right from the start, we felt at home. The house is beautifully and cozy. Everything is designed with attention to the details. The facility is new and everything is very clean and well maintained. We were there with a small baby, and Katrin has a baby bed, tub and play mat... already provided The garden invites you to linger for a long time. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are nice. Only 5 minutes from the train station. We will be happy to come back!!

A lovely house and garden in the Czech hills that made the perfect break from the city. We took a few walks to the viewpoints and scrambled in the forest with our kids age 5-13. House was brilliantly equipped, with lots of equipment in the kitchen and extra towels, sheets etc. the BBQ was great. Bee hives in the back of the garden were interesting and didn’t disturb us at all.

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have already been there a second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There is nothing missing here. The children enjoyed playing with the available toys and cuddly toys. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything is great, 100% recommendation.

We had a wonderful time in Dresden! The apartment was great – super clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal and the communication was excellent. All in all, a perfect short trip - absolutely recommended!

The apartment was fantastic. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. If drinks were missing, you could have taken something in front of the apartment against a small obolus. The idea was great. The apartment was very easy to find and everything was very clean and tidy as seen on the pictures. We'll be happy to come back🙂.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.

Bianca is very friendly and attentive, always asked if we needed anything. Her little Daughter is adorable. Everything was perfect and there is a small bakery nearby. Voigtland is beautiful, we will come back.
