The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

The Sweetsuite is a 2-room-apartment on 2 floors in a single family house. Separate entrance, own bathroom and kitchen. Wifi, towels, bedlinen included. Accommodation tax (according to the accommodation tax statute BehStS) of Hanover is included in the price. You reach the tram by a short walk of 3 minutes. The tram takes 12 minutes to the town center, in the other direction around 5 min. to the fairground/expo-Plaza. Free parking in the area. Surrounded supermarkets and shops.

Langenhagen/Kaltenweide near Hanover

We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover Airport is only 7 minutes away by car and we are happy to offer, if time permits, an airport transfer for a surcharge. With the bus, which runs directly in front of the door, you can reach the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or on foot in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
