Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.

Its configuration: little room (bed 140cm, )bright living room (1 sofa) and balcony with table, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, fridge, electric hob, micro wave, ...), shower room with toilets.

Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the impossibility of using the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
