We offer a nice bright 50 m2 apartment, west facing, at the entrance to the beach "Le Penon". Located on the top floor of a building, you will have a view of the dunes and the ocean as well as a small terrace to enjoy this view. This wooden chalet-style accommodation is very cozy, beautifully decorated and it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people. (4 people in double beds and 2 people on a sofa bed.). The maximum capacity is 4 adults and 2 children.

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
