It was a, like expecting, perfect stay in this area! The apartment was excellent for our holiday at the beach!

The perfect place to spend a few days on the coast, in a setting with crazy charm. We are delighted to have found this Landes gem, and had a hard time leaving it. The accommodation has everything you need, and is perfectly located, in the middle of the golf course, close (car or bike) to the lake and the ocean. David and his wife were very available, from the reservation until our departure. They are charming, pleasant, and attentive to their tenants. We would recommend it in a second.

Very good stay. The accommodation is very good, functional, close to all attractions (beaches, restaurants within 10 minutes' drive). There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for a couple with or without children! The owner lives in the adjoining house and is very nice and responsive. We'll be happy to come back:)

Very beautiful house with a nice garden perfectly fenced for dogs, ideal for organizing nice evenings ( nice barbecue) and heated pool! The residential area allows pleasant walks. The beaches are twenty minutes away, all breathtaking! A car is necessary to get around. Great experience! Thank you.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. By far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We have 2 babies and the place was ideal for us. Thoughtfully designed, very clean and clutter free. The hosts could not have been more helpful. A wonderful place!

Beautiful villa in a quiet environment! The villa is beautiful, very practical, each room has its own bathroom and toilet which facilitate the autonomy of each during the stay. The equipment is of high quality and everything is done to ensure that the stay is in the best conditions. Our stay here (3 days) went very well!

Excellent stay at Véronique's apartment. Everything is easy to access on foot, by bike (beach, port, city center). The private parking space is a real "plus". The accommodation is very functional and clean. I would recommend it 💯

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Seignosse! We were 7 people with a 6-month-old baby, and everything was perfectly adapted for everyone to feel good. The house is very well equipped (special mention for the plancha and outdoor equipment), and the pool is simply beautiful. We had dream weather, which allowed us to fully enjoy the house and its exterior. A big thank you to Morgane, who was very responsive and available during our exchanges for the arrival as well as for the departure, it's really appreciable! We regularly come to the South-West, so I won't hesitate for a second to come back. A villa that we recommend without hesitation!

Small townhouse in a small complex with 36 houses. It is almost invisible through the fences and many plants. You can sit comfortably on the wooden terrace under the trees. The house is clear, but furnished with style. Everything was very clean and a basic set of hygiene items was also there. There was nothing missing! Only the beds are quite hard. The beach is about 600m away. We give the house and Catherine five stars. We felt very comfortable there!

Small apartment very well located on the edge of the forest, in a peaceful subdivision but 5-10 min from all shops. The garden furniture is really nice for enjoying the sun. Perfect for recharging in this beautiful region. Hosts are very responsive and considerate. Thanks so much, I'll be back!

Impeccable accommodation for a stay as a couple in Cape Breton with our dog. Really nothing to say the listing fits perfectly with the description, small bonus for the great bedding - we slept like babies. Plus the communication with Alizé was great! Thank you for everything!

New accommodation with all the necessities and bedding at the top , quiet residence except in the morning, a company is just across the street that wakes up early enough and stops quite early too ... fat morning complicated ... Close to everything: Penon center, market, shops, restaurants and beaches ... all on foot!! So crest very enjoyable! Private parking. No TV channels so either you have subscriptions via the apps or no TV. There's something to do with the people going out … fortunately there weren't many people going out 😁 Overall: appreciable!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was tastefully and cleverly decorated. You could always rely on the internet to work. The contact with Ines and Matthias went perfectly! We will be happy to come back!

Best Air BnB in Le Penn I ever had! I loved Tom's Apartment so much! It is really pretty from the inside and has a lot of space and super nice balcony. It is also well equipped and the bed is super comfortable! The location is the best, you are 200m away from the beach access Le Penon Nord. Tom was also always available and helped me with everything! Thank you so much!
