Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

This unique place has a style all its own. Absolute calm, not overlooked, on the edge of a state forest. We welcome you to our estate less than an hour from Paris. Lost in the middle of nowhere, lovers of nature and comfort will be delighted with the green calm with its heated swimming pool from March 1 to November 30 at 34° (except in exceptional cases of heat pump malfunction) and functional sauna all year round. The garden area is to be privatized either from 7pm-9pm or from 9pm-11pm.

The accommodation we offer is quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is composed of a large living room of 40 m2 and a large bedroom of 20 m2 including the shower. A second bed is in the very nice and cozy mezzanine. Everything necessary is provided to facilitate your installation: (sheets, towels, shower gel, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...) Please note that we accept two-night stays but linens and towels will not be provided.

The cottage is ideal for family vacations, the playground will delight your children as well as the mini farm (chickens, pigs, geese and goats...) The farm has 1.3 hectares of land.
