Loft holiday rentals in Seine-et-Marne

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is spacious and quiet, especially by Parisian standards. I would definitely go here again!

Our accommodation was excellent. Communication with Dominique and Laurence was kind, considerate and quick, from our booking to our check-out. The reception by Laurence was excellent and made us very comfortable and welcome. The apartment is excellent, very well equipped, very clean, perfectly as described in the listing. The location is amazing, with great local commerce (highlighting the Odette & Charlus restaurant), proximity to markets, cosmetic shops, bakeries, cafes, making it a very well-stocked place, and with excellent mobility (subway and bus lines just a few minutes walk). The lodging at Dominique's apartment made our visit to Paris comfortable and even more pleasurable. Thank you for these days that we were able to stay there. Forte Abraço, Douglas and Bruna.

We felt so at home..such a beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need, very helpful information, an amazing gift of treats on arrival, a really comfortable open plan living space/kitchen with a cute terrace. The bedrooms were great (some stupendous lego creations in one of the kids rooms) with plenty of space for 6 of us. We really felt honoured to be staying in what is clearly a home, not just a bnb apartment. The nearest metro and supermarket is just round the corner, we walked to Pere Lachaise and to the Bois de Vincennes as well as lots of culture, markets and walking all over the city. Margot left some good reaturant recommendations and we found some gems ourselves. A wonderful late August week made all the better by having lots of cuddles with Charlie the cat. Thanks to Margot and family!

Our stay with Alan was a complete success! The loft was perfect for us – 2 adults and 3 children – and really left nothing to be desired. The amenities were great and just right for our family vacation. The location is also excellent: there are numerous shops for daily needs in the area - Lidl, bakeries, snack bars and restaurants. We can especially recommend the fruit shop just around the corner! The subway station is in the immediate vicinity, which was very convenient for our excursions to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and the Champs-Élysées. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay – also thanks to the friendly neighbors. Everything was absolutely straightforward, from check-in to check-out. A big thank you also for the tip with the parking lot: The parking garage was safe, easily accessible and absolutely fine in terms of price. 👌 Too bad we could only stay three days - we will definitely come back!

I highly recommend this peaceful, cozy, very well heated, quiet and comfortable retreat. Everything is in walking distance. The home theater is a real plus. And David is a perfect host!

We were there as a family to experience the games. The apartment was ideally situated to the stade de france. The lovely roof top was a godsend in the hot temperatures. Lovely little touches by the host in terms of welcome food and drink and local restaurants information. Even helped us get to the apartment on diffrrent dates. Bedrooms were a good size with fans . Washing machine and tumbledryer essential for long stay. Would thoroughly recommend it was an exceptional place to stay.

We would like to thank our hosts for a wonderful stay in Paris, beautiful city, friendly people and of course the accommodation was great. Its location close to a metro made it easy to navigate to the various parts of the city for the Olympic events we were going to. The area the accommodation is located is in a residential area outside the city centre, which was quiet, with a restaurant which served the most wonderful food. There is also a small general store for any food shopping, and an amazing bakery. Our hosts were very helpful and communicated quickly to any questions we had. Very fast WiFi and washing machine was useful as we were travelling light. Really enjoyed our stay, and thank you so much.

The apartment is charming, spacious, well maintained, everything is there to spend a cozy stay! Billiards, barbecue, jacuzzi, TV... Super well-equipped and very well located, next to shops and very cute little squares! A big thank you to the hosts who made us feel comfortable with their welcome and responsiveness! We had a pleasant stay at Maud's. The accommodation is nice, warm and good location. Plus, it's perfectly equipped to travel with a child. Maud was accommodating with check-in and check-out times. We recommend this listing and will gladly go back.

We had a pleasant stay. Very responsive and flexible host, quiet, fresh and fully equipped apartment. A little far from the metro (15 min) but there is a bus next door. The WiFi is a little slow. Great welcome, we'll be back! Thank you for everything.

Christophe and Caroline were fantastic - unfortunately we had numerous issues with our arrival flights to Paris and they were available, flexible, understanding and welcoming, beyond expectations! We had organized a meeting between sisters, after a long time away and the house so bright, cozy and full of personality was an element of our days. Kitchen is well-equipped, with every possible tool or appliance you may need. Finally, not a fringe element, it is absolutely quiet, at all hours of day or night. It is a fantastic home, I highly recommend it!
