Very nice apartment, easy to access, close to all amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Remí offers a very stylish accommodation with everything your heart desires. You immediately fill up. Remí's information was extraordinarily detailed. The communication was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, as you can walk very quickly to the RER/ metro station. I can recommend the place without hesitation. Very pleasant accommodation, spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed this little private path: it is so pleasant to have a glass of wine (offered by Jean-Christophe and Mireille) facing the Seine. We will probably come back to visit the castle of Rosa Bonheur which is only a few minutes away.

We had a lovely stay at Fabrice's place. The house has a modern kitchen with everything you could need. Bathroom and bedrooms excellent. The house and garden is situated on the river Loigne and is very private. The surrounding nature is beuautiful . The garden is enormous. There is a canoe and a kayak you use. It is difficult to describe how nice the house and surrounding is, we will certainly be back !

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

Amazing stay, we enjoyed the afternoon to pedal boating on the lake and even diving in it. We'll be happy to go back!

I had a lovely stay! The studio was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. It’s located in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a short walk from the RER E station, which made getting to Paris quick and easy. The host, Sylvie, was incredibly kind and attentive. She checked in regularly to see if I needed anything and was always available to answer any questions. Her thoughtful communication really made a difference and helped me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place with great access to the city and a truly caring host, this is it. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This was the best price I could find on Airbnb to Paris and I think they are generous to set the discount. (Try booking more than a month, there is a discount:) ). So I recommend you in particular for people who stay more than a month and save more. It is located in Choisy le Roi. On the map it seems far from Paris but in reality as there is RER C (express train), it takes around 30 minutes to go to Paris until 9 p.m. The room is very nice with the veranda. There is a washing and dryer, which are rare to find in the apartment in Paris. Camille and her brother and sister are very nice and quiet, and they always try to do their best.

I had such an enjoyable two-week stay with Veronique, her grown-up son, Liam and their lovely cat Peach! It felt like staying with family—warm, welcoming, and friendly, yet with plenty of space and privacy to enjoy my own time in Paris. The apartment is in a safe, quiet area with excellent transport links to the centre, and everything you need is close by—local restaurants, coffee spots, and supermarkets. I felt completely at home and would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Paris!

Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation is very nice. Close to shops and a pretty park just around the corner. If there is a problem or a question, the owners are immediately listening to solve them. Very good stay, we will gladly go back. We highly recommend this rental!

Eric's apartment is very maintained and located 8 minutes from Vigneux sur Seine train station. I had a lovely stay there and would highly recommend it to all guests.

The apartment is spacious for 4 people, very clean, only 5 minutes from the metro if you want to visit the capital. Free parking space but sometimes not easy to find. The setting is pleasant with its canal and Sheikh answers us quickly if we have any questions, thank you for this stay!

We had a great time in the apartment. There were both, a washing and dryer machine which were very helpful since it was raining during our stay. The apartment was spacious which was great for our group of 6. The looks from the window were not the best and the location was not what you would think of when you think of Paris but once you get outside, you will be immerse in what Paris truly is, a mix of cultures and various classes of people. There were so many restaurants and bakeries around that we wish our stay was longer. Walking distance from public transport and various supermarkets. We walked around at night and we fell safe all the time. We are the types of travelers who enjoy authentic experiences and like to stay in places that resemble what the city is all about and we got this with this stay. We did not have to reach out to Sophie because we didn’t need to. Everything was clear and our stay was perfect.
