This unique place has a style all its own. Absolute calm, not overlooked, on the edge of a state forest. We welcome you to our estate less than an hour from Paris. Lost in the middle of nowhere, lovers of nature and comfort will be delighted with the green calm with its heated swimming pool from March 1 to November 30 at 34° (except in exceptional cases of heat pump malfunction) and functional sauna all year round. The garden area is to be privatized either from 7pm-9pm or from 9pm-11pm.

- On the edge of the Fontainebleau forest - Nestled in the heart of a vast private estate, large bourgeois house with swimming pool including a 100% independent apartment with private access. The 65 m2 apartment includes a large double living room with terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Great for a stay in the middle of the forest, an hour from Paris. Many shoots, filming and corporate seminars are held on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on site.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac with a large enclosed plot of 1800 m2 on the edge of a meadow with views of horses. The house has just been fully renovated and the pool is new.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A little return to childhood in this atypical cabin. Breakfast included, you can enjoy it outside with the birds singing or inside. If the weather permits, why not take a dip in the pool; play a game of tennis or take your bikes for a nice ride. Please note that during the winter period the swimming pool is closed from November 5 to April 15.

The Shepherdess's Cottage

The Gîte de la Bergère is located in the 10,000 m2 park of the "Plaîne de l'Angélus", facing the pool. It is rated 4 stars. The cottage is equipped to comfortably accommodate 4–6 people. It has a parking lot, two private terraces, one to relax and the other to dine outdoors. We provide our guests with a bowling green, ping pong table and badminton game. We lend free bikes to explore the surroundings
