Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In March 2018, we restored the interior of the home of the painter Jean Dries, who lived in this magnificent building from 1936 to 1961. We restored it and divided it into 3 apartments. You will be on the 1st floor without elevator access with a great view... Apartment of about 50 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. In the heights of the Ste Catherine district, a 5-minute walk from the Vieux Bassin, the historic district and the city center.

Dear visitors, I suggest you stay in this pretty studio, restored, on the ground floor of my lovely fisherman's house with independent entrance, close to the lighthouse, the beach, the historic city center and its famous port Free Naturospace parking is at the end of the street. You can leave your car there for the duration of your stay. All visits to the city as well as shopping can be done on foot. The small courtyard is a place shared with me and my neighbor
