In 1998, the purchase of the mill with its pond marked the beginning of an extraordinary adventure. Three years later, the first gite in the garden was born, offering visitors a haven of peace. In 2006, the second upstairs cottage was created. The year 2016 was marked by the layout of the garden for the trailer, bringing a touch of originality to the place. In 2017, the little cottage was born. And in 2024, a novelty appeared: the houseboat, offering a unique and unusual experience for guests.

Canada 1.5 hours from Paris! (1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

The location is ideal for visiting the castles of the Loire (25 min from Chambord), equestrian activities in Lamotte Beuvron (20 min), Center parcs (15 min) and the Beauval zoo park (55 min).

You will be charmed by this peaceful retreat, on the edge of a small pond. Beautiful fully equipped trailer for 4 people, ideally located in the heart of the Valley of the Kings. Ideal place to spend time with your partner or family. Many sites to visit (castles, Chaumont Gardens, aquarium, Beauval Zoo, Clos Lucé...). Amboise is 9 km away (pretty Sunday morning market). Numerous activities nearby (canoeing, Loire by bike, horseback riding, hot air ballooning).

New: We have installed a pellet stove for winter evenings in the cottage and the trailer has an electric heater. A new terrace for your meals la hut. In a small, quiet village in the Ardennes, let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature in this unique accommodation. Close to Lake Bairon and the Greenway . You have a sanitary area and kitchen independent of the trailer. Breakfast for 12 euros, savory or sweet, to be ordered at the time of booking.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Shepherd's huts

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. To share this fascinating story, the Shepherd's Huts welcome you! Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request!

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.
