Great prestige location, very lively and secure neighborhood, super central, very well located. Access to two metro lines (7 and 10) and RER B and C (Luxembourg & Sorbonne). Very original and charming apartment, on two levels, with all comforts and fully equipped (washing machine, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, tv, etc.). Room under vaulted typical & Parisian cut stone. You're going to have a unique experience!

A unique troglodyte loft decorated with art pieces. The entrance is private and the space is overlooking the terrasse with a Japanese feel to it. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.
