This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Profitez du cadre charmant de ce logement romantique en pleine nature et au calme. Petit retour en enfance dans cette cabane atypique. Petit déjeuner compris, vous pourrez le déguster à l'extérieur avec le chant des oiseaux ou bien à l'intérieur. Si le temps le permet pourquoi ne pas faire un petit plongeon dans la piscine; une partie de tennis ou prendre vos vélos pour une belle balade.
