Our spacious 2-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the eastern center of Jena and is suitable for short- and long-term rentals. On the 3rd floor, a completely renovated apartment with high, fully equipped living comfort awaits you. In addition to a very spacious shower room, our apartment offers a comfortable living room. Here the sofa or another bed offers more sleeping options. In the separate bedroom, you can look forward to a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed and your own TV.

Sweet, cozy attic apartment with rustic flair, in Kahla at the foot of the Leuchtenburg. Ideal for 3-4 people. The bed in the 1st bedroom can be pulled out to 1.60 m. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things and the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine in addition to the shower. The distance to the train station is ideal for train passengers. Doctors, pharmacies, bus and shopping facilities are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. There is a bakery right around the corner.

Huge attic apartment in the countryside

Forget your worries in this spacious, cozy attic apartment overlooking the forest and meadows. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a bathroom with tub, a washing machine, and a chest freezer, as well as a large living room with a piano, a TV with Blu-ray, and a reading corner. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
