Sie ist nur einen Steinwurf (etwa 20m) vom beliebten Goldberg entfernt, ein Idyll für Naturliebhaber, ideal für Familien dank des schönen Spielplatzes und Austragungsort für verschiedene Veranstaltungen wie z.b. das Selber Wiesenfest oder das Festival Mediaval! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im EG. Sie hat eine Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80x2m), ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), ein Bad mit Badewanne.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in just a few minutes at all the important places. The location is in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
