House holiday rentals in Selinunte

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! We really enjoyed the beautiful, charming and calm place of Pasquale and Federica ! The garden, the threes, the bright rooms with the open kitchen, a perfect place to calm down, read a book, cook your own dinner... And the pool was just what we need after visiting the amazing temples in the area. A Highly recommended place. The hosts Pasquale is very relaxed and friendly. We could enjoy the fresh eggs and delicious plums from the garden.

Beautiful private location walkable to beautiful beach location

We stayed with Nicoló for a week in May and had a wonderful time in Mazara del Vallo. The historic center where the apartment is located was beautiful and in the city tour Nicoló offers, we learned a lot about Mazara and he showed us great places. Nicoló is super friendly and warm and the tips he gave us for Mazara and surroundings were outstanding! He knows the best restaurants and the pasticcerias and there are beautiful beaches in the area that can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. We also took a ferry from Marsala to Isola Egadi, which is highly recommended! You can go from Mazara in 20 minutes by train to Marsala and rent bikes on the island for 5€ for all day if you want. Overall, we can highly recommend a stay with Nicoló and like to think back to our time.

We had a beautiful stay on Nicola and Nicoletta’s farm. The location was very convenient for exploring western Sicily, but we also enjoyed many slow nights on the property cooking dinner with local ingredients in the small but well-equipped kitchen and eating in the lovely garden. Nicola and Nicoletta were very kind and gave us many wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. We hope to be back again soon!

The stay at the cottage was very successful. The place is as described – clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was kind and helpful, quickly responded to messages and provided advice when needed. Great location – quiet neighborhood, and at the same time close to the most important attractions and service points. An ideal starting point for exploring the area or simply for relaxing. The whole thing went smoothly – check-in and check-out were simple and efficient. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future.

Alessandro met us nearby and welcomed us for check in to this rental. He was very responsive with many local recommendations, and helped us find interesting things to do in the area. As a host, he went above and beyond, offering help for many different things. The location is incredible. Nearby are stairwells to two pristine beaches, several restaurants and historical attractions. It is about 7 minutes walk to central bus station that will take you throughout Trapani and to the base of the Erice cable car. It is about 12 minutes walk to the marina in case you are planning to take a boat ride. Overall, we felt so fortunate to stay here and would recommend it to any family.

Lorella was a lovely host, very helpful and the house and surroundings were very beautiful. The house is in a quite place but its very close to loads of beautiful beaches, nature and towns. Perfect starting point to discover the west side of Sicily!

We found the accommodation clean and cozy, the area very quiet and in general the beaches and Sciacca really pleasant.

Had a brilliant stay at Vincenzo's with our two small children. The place is beautiful and so is the location. Especially loved the roof terrace and being so close to the beach (and the parasol and kids beach toys too). Thanks so much Vincenzo!

It would be hard to imagine a better location on Favignana. There is a beach right out front with great snorkeling and beautiful stone structures. The most amazing beach on the island is right around the corner and the main square is a 5 minute ride away. If I could have one vacation spot for the rest of my life it would be Maria’s beachside stone cottage. Her home is a true gem full of charm and a personal touch that is obviously full of love and care for the place and it’s surroundings. The sound of the sea at night and the breeze floating in over you while you sleep is so refreshing and the views from the veranda were spectacular. I am so grateful for our time there. We will be back soon and as often as possible.

The apartment of Gloria is ideally located on a small completely quiet road to the sea. After a 2-minute walk, you are in a fantastic sea bay with the finest sandy beach and views of vineyards. We really lacked nothing. In addition to the exceptional location, the apartment is very tasteful and practical. We found everything for grilling and cooking as well as a magnificent terrace with sea views. Antonio gave us a lot of useful information about shopping in the surrounding area. Torre Granatelli was clean, tidy, charming and a haven away from the outside world. Check-in was painless we were given all the information we needed about the local restaurants and Maria went as far as to book one for us when we arrived due to the lateness of our flight. nothing was to much trouble. she was always there if we needed anything Torre Granatelli is a good 30-40 minute walk from the old town/harbour area, so we ended up getting a very good taxi that Maria recommended and used him to get to where we wanted to go when it was on the otherside of town and for the transfer back to the airport. All in all a very nice stay with lovely host/s

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Lovely townhouse. Great space and terrace was wonderful in the morning or to relax after a long day. Easy to check in and Leandro responded promptly to any question. Overall a wonderful stay and great location.

The view from the deck was incredibly beautiful, with vistas of the ocean, mountains, and an ancient tower. There was a cove on property, a 4 minute walk to a public beach, and walkable to restaurants and the Zingaro. The house itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

Charming accommodation, on 3 levels, with a quiet patio at the back of the house and a top floor reserved for a master suite with balcony and sublime view of the port. Everything is very clean and very well-equipped. Alfonso is a charming host who provided us with a complete guide to all the places to visit or to eat. A gold mine to discover the treasures of the region! Sciacca is a pretty town and despite the long-standing and never-ending works in the port, we had a very pleasant stay there. And if you have a car and are a fan of archaeological remains... you will be delighted!
