The house "Eintracht" is located on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade road Sellins and is only two minutes (150 meters) from the main beach and the famous Selliner Seebrücke (see local map). It is built in the typical style of spa architecture at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2000. In the house is the comfortable and modernly equipped apartment. There are bistros, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You can also buy your breakfast rolls there fresh in the morning. This vacation rental 6 for 2 people (41 sqm + 8 sqm enclosed veranda) consists of a living-cum-bedroom with a built-in kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (e.g. with a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven and microwave. A dining area adjoins the kitchenette. The enclosed porch also serves as a cozy dining space. In addition, the living room features a corner sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table. A TV and radio are, of course, also available. Internet access is provided via Wi-Fi.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Haus Charlotte is located directly on the traffic-calmed main road (play street) of Binz. At one end, the main road of Binz closes with the pier, at the other end in extension with Lake Schmacht. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion shop and the Küsteneck, full of souvenirs typical of Rügen. Many shops line the main street.
