We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

The bright luxurious three-room penthouse offers maximum living comfort. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and a freestanding cooking island. A large dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedrooms have box spring beds and their own en-suite bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling glass front to the forest side offers a magical view. There is therefore no darkening on the forest side. The in-house pool is solar heated.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Within walking distance you can reach Wilhelmsstraße with its restaurants and shops as well as the beach with the famous pier. Living room on the 2nd floor with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a separate bedroom for a total of max. 4 people. Balcony with seasonal sea view (you can always hear the noise...). A well-behaved dog is allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).
