Our Superior Suite offers 39 m² (420 sq. ft.) of space, featuring a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. Your suite is located in a Belle Époque building constructed in 1895 in the historic city center of Bad Gastein, just a stone's throw from the famous waterfall. As the starting point of the historic promenade created by Kaiser Wilhelm I, our on-site café/wine bar, with its wonderful sun terrace, invites you to enjoy fine drinks.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
