You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. Private terrace in a 1000 m2 garden, garden table and chairs, brazier and deckchairs. The location is ideal: shops and nature are in one place.

The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.
