93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.

The house is only 450 feet from the NYS Erie Canal Bike & Snowmobile trail. The property has extensive gardens for the nature lover.
