Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Seo-gu

It’s a perfect Airbnb for one month stay, CU is right under the apartment, there are a lots of restaurants nearby, and it is close to railway station also!! Highly recommended!!

Perfect stay, not much more to say, just having a proper and 'normal' shower in the bathroom is just a 10/10 since most airbnb in Korea doesn't have it. Close to good restaurant, transportation, well most things you need is close by.

너무 깔끔하고 위치도 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 수저가 1개밖에 없어서 2명이상 가실 때에는 일회용 수저 하나 챙겨가시면 좋을 거 같아요. 그거 빼고는 너무너무너무 만족해서 다음에 또 올 계획입니다^^

Sue’s place is very close to the University area and perfect for visiting your student. It is walkable to many restaurants and close to a metro stop. Sue went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. Leaving us a gift of delicious Korean oranges and delivering water to the apartment for us to drink. 숙소는 사진과 동일하게 깨끗하고 좋았고, 숙소에 편의를 위한 디테일이 돋보여 좋았습니다. 그리고 주차등록도 해주셔서 지내는동안 문제없이 이동할수있어 편했습니다 !

외국에서 거주하다가 귀국하게 되어 이사하기 전 임시 숙소로 이용했습니다. 한달정도 장기숙박을 해야하는터라 위치, 숙소 컨디션을 중요하게 생각하고 서치해서 찾아본 곳인데 아주 만족한 곳입니다. 차량을 자주 변경해서 이용했었는데 주차등록도 무리없이 바로 등록해 주셔서 편리하게 이용했습니다. 내부에서 이용해야하는 생필품도 부족함 없이 구비해주셔서 이용하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 이사기간이 점점 늦춰져서 연이어서 이용하고 싶었는데 인기가 많은 곳이라서 아쉽네요.. 몇주뒤에 예약해놓았는데 그때도 잘 부탁드립니다!

손님을 위해 모든 것들을 세심하게 준비해 둔 숙소였어요ㅡ대부분 사용하지는 않았지만 넉넉한 수건과 치솔을 포함 기본적인 세면도구 뿐만 아니라 아기을 위해 베이비 샤워젤까지 준비해 준 호스트님의 배려와 따뜻한 마음, 그리고 센스가 돋보이는 곳, 통창유리로 된 거실에서 보는 시원한 바다 풍경도 너무 좋았어요. 아기 둘을 포함 6명이었는데 여분으로 준비해 준 매트리스와 침구류도 훌륭했어요. 언젠가 친구들과 다시 오고 싶은 곳, 완전 추천합니다.

서울에 5인이상 머물 숙소가 정말 흔치않은데, 5인이상 머무르기 너무 좋은 숙소 였습니다! 숙소가 소개 사진보다 훨씬 예쁘고 감각적이여서,, 사진에는 정말 안담길정도로 멋진 공간이였어요. 하트시그널 찍을거같았어요... 방도 여러개고, 화장실도 층마다 있어서 너무너무 편했고, 방마다 에어컨이있어서 시원했고 집이 정말 커서 저희는 거실에서만 놀았는데 그게 정말 아쉬워요!! 담에 한번더 방문하면 옥상에서도 놀고 2층에서도 놀고싶어요..! 저는 청결도 굉장히 중요하다고 생각하는데, 바닥에 머리카락같은것도 없고 화장실도 정말 깔끔했습니다..! 집이 넓은데도 엄청 깨끗했어요! 부엌도 정수기, 얼음, 커피머신 등등 엄청 잘되어있어서 좋았습니다!! 호스트님도 응답이 빨라서 필요한거 있으면 바로바로 피드백 주셨고, 편안하게 머무를수있게 해주셔서 서울여행 잘하고 왔습니다! ❤️ 정말 유명해지면 안되는 숙소입니다 저만 가려구요... ㅎㅎㅎ 고민하시려는 분들은 후기 보시고 꼭 한번 방문해보시면 좋을거같네요 예술작품같은 공간에서 머무는 시간을 다들 경험해보시기를.. ☺️

Jasper has been the best air bnb host for my family and I. He was so kind and welcoming, introduced us to many delicious restaurants around the area, and made us feel like family! The space was spacious for a group of 4. Very clean and comfortable, and was a great and safe location (plus, it was walking distance from Hongdae). We would 100% recommend this airbnb for anyone visiting Seoul, South Korea!

At first it was hard to find, because in Korea google maps aren’t that precise. But host was answering all my questions quickly, she was really trying to help me :) the room had all listed amenities and facilities, as well as common space. The living room was looking differently from the photos, so I thought that I entered to wrong flat 😅 it was much cozier! Good location for a calm day: a stream, a park, a lot of convenience stores in the neighbourhood. Few bus stops. About 25 minutes ride on the bike or by bus to Hongdae street.

다른곳은 오피스텔 원룸의 잠시 머무는 숙소느낌이라면, 여기는 내집같은느낌을받아 편안하고 좋았습니다

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!

Very cute, artsy, and cozy place, and the surrounding area was very walkable to the Hongdae shopping street. Host was also very responsive and helpful!

Staying here with my family and had an amazing stay here! Misung was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The place was super clean and had everything I needed — all the little details were taken care of. The neighborhood was really nice, quiet, and peaceful. Would totally stay here again!
