Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seo-gu

I had a wonderful 3 week stay in this appartment. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. I love how the next subway station is reachable by foot in only 3 minutes. Right next to the residence is a large park where you can enjoy walking or cycling. You really do need to bring anything with you but just come in and live there immediately. There is a fully functional kitchen and an own private bathroom with a toilet. A hairdryer, dishes, eating utensils, towles, toilet paper, and a lot of other stuff that you will find in your own home like tissue, charging cables, etc. are all provided. I can totally recommend this appartment! The only downside that I could think of is the quite noisy fridge when you sleep at night. 🙈 If you are a light sleeper and are sensitive to noises like me, you will probably need ear plugs while sleeping. But that‘s ok. I will think of booking this Airbnb again of I will ever come back to Seoul. 😊

Super comfortable accommodation because it is on the campus of Yonsei University. Close to the subway and all services. Clean and super-served, the house is comfortable and full of comfort. Great shampoos and balsans like soaps, I have to say, we appreciated it. Thank you and see you next time Laura

I had an amazing stay at Yujin’s Airbnb! The place was spotless and cozy, and she thoughtfully provided essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower supplies—which was such a nice touch. The location is fantastic, with plenty to do in the area and excellent public transport options that made getting around super easy. It’s also really convenient if you have a flight from Gimpo Airport—just a short trip away. There are several convenience stores, cafés, and even a pharmacy nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The accommodation has everything you need. I had a comfortable stay because I didn't need to look for the little things that travelers need... I'll use it again if I have to go to Bupyeong next time. It's really close on foot. Convenience.

If you have a schedule around Ilsan Lake Park, it's a good location, and the view is beautiful whether it's day or night.

I liked that the host responded quickly. The view of the park was cool, clean, Everything I needed was ready.

The location is so easy to get to by airport bus and the place had so many amenities like laundry, dryer, microwave, water heater, etc. The hosts were very friendly and responsive! I had a great time and hope to visit again. ^^

6/8 Checked in. The host was very nice and was afraid that we wouldn't find the room. Very nice. Very comfortable during the stay. Very homely. Slept well every👍 day. I'll stay here the next time I come to Korea.

This place is great for couples and solo travellers! The room was spacious enough as well as very clean and aesthetic. The location is great as well for cafe hopping as well as enjoying the night life in nearby Hongdae! Will definitely rebook next time I am in Seoul!

It was a very happy experience to stay so perfectly at a cost of 25,000 won per person! It was nice to be close to Kintex and have an outlet nearby!

I like that I can stay comfortably with my family. There is a park right nearby, so it's perfect for a morning walk ^^

The accommodation has everything you really need.. I think you can go empty-handed. It's been a while since I've been to an accommodation that has everything so meticulously. The bed inside is so cozy, so I had a good rest. The TV location is so good, and most of all, the TV is big, so it's awesome. >_< There are restaurants and a market nearby, so there's a lot to do and it was so good. I think I'll go again next 🤍 time. 👍🏻👍🏻

It was nice to have a good scent in the accommodation after checking in, I was able to have a pleasant day with the host's kind and quick response! It was close to Bupyeong Station, so it was easy to walk, and there was a large window on the upper floor, so I wasn't stuffy! The bathroom and room are clean, so if I come to Bupyeong, I want to visit again:)

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

Great location and good host, she was very helpful, close to many restaurants, cafes and metro station. it has all the amenities including washing machine and dryer. Place is small but clean and tidy. For a first time in Seoul I will recommend this place for the easiness of moving around in Seoul.

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. The host provide a lot of information and clear instruction for check in procedure. The house is beautiful and clean. Extra towels were provide. My friends enjoyed watching Netflix at the house. We do have a memorial holiday in this place. Last but not least, I appreciate a lot because the host allow us to delay the check out time for an hour. We can have flexible time to pack our stuff and follow the instructions for final clean up.

Great place!This is the second time to stay and Eun's place is beautifully renovated and very well stocked with all sorts of life must-have.There are cu and gs25 convenience stores just a few steps away, and it is also very close to Hongdae business district.
