Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seo-gu

Host was helpful with prompt responses, and gave clear instructions for the checkin. Love the portable TV as well! Wanted to use the lovely attic for reading but it was a little hot up there, would have been perfect if there is airconditioning in the attic too! Note that the bathroom is not directly connected to the room, but that seems to be how the old style houses generally are. It was a unique experience though, love that the hot tub was spacious and even had a skylight! Room was comfortable and cozy :)

I highly recommend a good accommodation at a low price! It was a little difficult to find the location, but it's really easy if you follow the photos the host explains. And it's in a quiet place, so the surroundings are quiet, and there's a convenience store within walking distance, so it's convenient. This time, we enjoyed both the barbecue and the fire pit, and the facilities were really convenient and clean, so we had a good time!

This is the first time I've stayed here and everything was great, although I think the comfort of the mattresses should be improved. As for everything else, it was perfect.

When I went to Tokyo, I wanted to stay at a Muji hotel, and I think this is exactly what it feels like. It's a space that stands out for its coziness and cleanliness without any clutter that catches the eye:) It was a pity that I couldn't stay long because I checked in late, but it was really nice to end the day with Netflix in the bedroom in the evening and eat breakfast and read a book on the veranda in the morning while listening to the sound of birds. Thank you!

As soon as I arrived at the accommodation, I kept saying "It's pretty!" and "It's emotional!". Emotional props and lighting, I really liked the interior. The feeling of a campsite in the city center was also new. I enjoyed it to the fullest. Bus and subway. It's easy to access by car and public transportation. I've also enjoyed other travel maps to the fullest. If you like to walk, you can walk to places like Shinpo Market, Chinatown Donghwa Village Free Park, etc.😘

We highly recommend Space Moda to anyone who is staying in Seoul for a few days, or a longer stay. Moda was an exceptional host - this was the best lodging we had during our entire 23 day trip to Japan and South Korea!! We will come back for sure the next time we return to Korea!!!

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and overall, it was so, so nice! Not to mention the value, the host was very kind and gave detailed guidance, so it was nice! I want to stay again next time!!

Great stay! My family of 6 stayed at Jiyoung’s place three times during a 2 week stay in Korea. The apartment was very clean. Jiyoung was a responsive host and quickly came to help fix our conditioning the first night as well as provide more bath towels. The area is walkable and near the Bella Citta mall. I would stay here again next time we visit family!

I had a great stay at Goh’s place! The apartment was very clean, with a lovely view and everything I needed. It’s in a fantastic location, easy access to public transport and just a short walk to Chinatown. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The room exceeded my expectations!It was clean, and I was happy to see the port of Incheon from the window. There was no concern about the water, etc., and we had a pleasant time. The host responded quickly and politely, and I was able to stay with confidence. I will definitely use it again when I stay in Incheon!

Great apartment , very well equipped and nicely furnished. During good visibility super view. The area around is a bit empty - everything is still being built, but in the building downstairs there are nice places to eat and shops. Close to the airport.

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

The accommodation has everything you need. I had a comfortable stay because I didn't need to look for the little things that travelers need... I'll use it again if I have to go to Bupyeong next time. It's really close on foot. Convenience.

This was my second time visiting with my family! We wanted to come back after having such a great stay before. The apartment was a great place to stay as usual! Very roomy and had everything that we needed. Perfect for a family to stay. Would definitely come back again!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was pretty close to good restaurants and shopping in Hongdae/Hongik Station area. The host let us know that the room was ready for check in earlier than the expected time and it was very convenient that they had an area for secured luggage storage. The air conditioner worked great and bed was very comfortable! Only issue we had was figuring out how to get warm water for a shower but would stay again!

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

I can't say that the price is cheap, but it's right in front of the opposition party station, so the infrastructure is good, clean and comfortable.
