Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Seobuk-gu

Great Host but as with anything now responses to messages about check in were AI generated to a point or at least and auto fill without a direct response until I inquired again. Location was out of the busier areas and made for a private as well as quiet stay. Room was very clean and exactly as described. Appliances were nice and water was hot :)

두번째 방문입니다~ 침구도 너무 좋고..!! 오산대역, 홈플러스, 물향기 수목원 바로 앞이라 편합니당 호스트님이 친절하시고 응답도 빨라 덕분에 편하게 지내다 옵니다~~

항상 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 위치가 좋아서 편리해요. 이 가격에 로데오거리 근처에 이런 숙소 찾기 어려워요ㅠ 주차도 만원만 드리면 차량 등록해주셔서 주차도 편하게 할수있어요. 수압도 쎄고 뜨거운물도 잘 나오고. 단점이라면 예약이 꽉 차서 미리미리 일찍 예약해야한다는 점ㅎㅎㅎ

두번째 방문했어요! 처음 방문에 넘 감동을 받은지라 두번째 방문에는 더 기대감이 컸지만 역시나 만족스러운 여행이었습니다 ˘͈ᵕ˘͈ 배려넘치고 친절한 호스트님, 깨끗한 방, 아늑하고 감성 넘치는 무드! 다 다 좋았어요 :) ♡ 매번 느끼는 거지만 귀빈 대접 받는 느낌, 환영 받는 느낌에 너무나 특별하고 행복한 여행이 되는 숙소예요! 호스트님의 센스와 배려에 늘 감동받고 갑니당 ◡̈⃝

It’s clean and cozy. I like it so much

The place was great right near Camp Humphreys. Easy to get to and do lots of things nearby.

일단 숙소가 내집처럼 편안하고 침구류, 화장실등 깨끗하고 잘 갖추어져 있어 쾌적했습니다. 미군부대 앞이라서 주변에 음식점, 호프집, 카페 등 많고 외국인들이 많아서 외국에 여행 온 것 같은 착각이 들 정도였습니다. (한국사람보다 외국인이 더 많음) 같이 동거하는 고양이 한마리가 있는데 너무 이쁘네요. 페르시안 종 혼혈인 듯.

👌 Very spacious, fast internet, modern appliances! Songtan Bus Terminal is a 5 min. walk (bus to Seoul is only an hr. 15 mins.), Songbuk-dong market is just outside the apartment. Every day ending on 4 and 8 is market day! Fresh seafood, fruit and vegetables! New or vintage clothes on sale as well, Korean food galore (Jokpal, Galbitang. Banchans, Korean Fried Chicken, Soups and BBQ, etc..). Will most definitely come back again. SED is only a 15 walk, Songtan station is only 20 mins. away.

넓고 쾌적하구 동탄역이랑도 가깝고 편햣습니다

정말 아늑하고 장거리 여행에 댕댕이와 흠없이 잘 보내다가 왔어요!! 체크인도 조정해 주시고 너무 친절 하세요!

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the train station and fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby. The place was very clean and comfortable (especially the bed!) and Jins is a very responsive host. My mother and aunt enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in future 😊

편안하게 쉴수 있는 공간입니다

Had a lovely stay! Felt like home right away and for the whole month and a half I stayed. There’s a mention of the plane sounds: to be clear, they are LOUD, and operate periodically most week days anywhere from 10a to 7p. I’ve lived right next to several USAF bases and my dad was a pilot and I’m telling you. The jets are LOUD. That said, I would definitely stay here again. So lovely and close enough to walk to Suwon Station. Lovely walk, too!

총11명 4가족이서 방문했어요! 들어가자마자 깨끗함에 놀라고 침구가 너무뽀송하고 좋았어요 애들이뛰어놀기 좋게 마당도넓고 고기구워먹는부분도 포차느낌 .비와서 빗소리에운치있고좋았습니다 ㅎ 여기서분기별로 모임하기로했어요 ㅎㅎ

편안하게 잘 이용했습니다

방이 넓고 깨끗했고 너무 편안했습니다! 호스트님이 편의를 잘 봐주셨고, 5일 정도 장기 투숙했음에도 사는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 감사합니다 :)

친절하시고 인테리어도 예쁘고 너무 행복했어요

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

지하철역 근처라 위치가 좋아요 숙소는 깨끗하고 편의시설이 다 갖춰져있습니다ㆍ세면도구ㆍ조리도구ㆍ기본양념ㆍ세제까지 잘 구비되어 있어 장기투숙에도 개인옷만 챙겨가면 되네요

동탄에 숙소를 찾던중 예약하게 되었는데 깨끗하고 넓은 공간의 복층 아파트라서 맘에 들었습니다. 숙소 주변에 식당이랑 바로 아래 편의점이 있어서 편리했습니다. 호스트님도 메세지에 신속히 답해주셔서 감사했습니다. 동탄지역에 또 오게되면 재방문하고 싶습니다.
