Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seobuk-gu

I visited for the second time! I was so impressed with my first visit, so I was more excited for the second visit, but it was a satisfying trip. Caring and friendly host, clean room, cozy and emotional mood! Everything was good:) ♡ I feel it every time, but it's a very special and happy trip to feel welcomed and welcomed! I was always touched by the host's sense and consideration◡.

We needed a last minute accommodation after our first one fell through. The host was very responsive and helped us tremendously. I wish we had found this first and stayed the entire week. If we come back we will definitely stay here again. We are a family of 3 and we were very comfortable.

A fantastic apartment, easy to check, very spacious with lots of storage. Close to convenience stores and not far from Pyeongtaek-si station. I would definitely stay again if we visit in the future.

Great place to stay just outside of Humphreys. Easily an $1800 apartment in a lot of places in the US, but my stay wound up being much cheaper than that and I had a great stay

What's the matter? It was really comfortable and smelled like towels, and I think it was because I used it a lot, but they also gave me snacks and cute scrubbers. If you sleep on the second floor, you'll sleep really well. The owner is friendly and the best in many ways. There's nothing missing!!

Unsuk’s apartment is great for a small, young family. My husband and I, along with our toddler had a comfortable stay here. We even walked to Starfield Anseong (20-25min walk on a mostly flat path), or 5-min drive by car. Free parking is available at the apartment block. There are three lifts to get to the apartment. There are enough restaurants and marts within 5min walk from the apartment. The house was clean, towels provided, bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, the big 2-1 washing machine & dryer was very handy. There was an espresso machine and the induction stove worked well. Overall, we were impressed with the listing and would stay here again in the future if we come to Anseong. Unsuk is also very responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you Unsuk!

First of all, the accommodation was comfortable like my own home, and the bedding, toilets, etc. were clean and well-equipped, so it was comfortable. Since it was in front of the US military unit, there were many restaurants, hops, restaurants, cafes, and cafes nearby, and there were many foreigners, so I felt like I was traveling abroad. (There are more foreigners than Koreans) I have a cat that lives with me and it's so pretty. I think it's a mix of Persian species.

Loved our stay here! The apartment is very spacious (which can sometimes be hard to find in Korea), modern, and clean. It was great having an office space to work in (and pack in at the end of the trip) in the form of the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms were also clean (no humidity smell like older apartments' bathrooms) and had the necessary amenities. The host was responsive and provided easy-to-follow instructions on how to check-in. There is the best cafe right outside the apartment building, and the location is unbeatable, being so close to the open markets of Songtan. Would love to stay here again.

This is a listing booked for a gathering of acquaintances. The host gave good guidance and the interior facilities were tidy, so it's good for family gatherings. However, there is a lack of facilities such as nearby marts and convenience stores, so we recommend that you purchase enough food to visit.

I came to Pyeongtaek for the first time with my family, and I was a little worried because there were a lot of people, but there were a lot of bedding, and I parked up to 2 cars comfortably in parallel. My son is at the age of crawling, and there were many things to see both inside and outside, so we had a fun weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the showers. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great spot with great value and free parking

The place looked exactly like the listing. It's within walking distance of the nearby Army base and the area surrounding it (lots of places to eat and shop). If you have a car, definitely use the free parking area across the street from this location, as the area in front of the listing has no room for parking. The property was kept nice & clean and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The accommodation was warm, so it was affectionate... and clean. The surroundings are quiet, so... it was very~~ good for resting... By the way, all the daily necessities.Kitchen utensils, etc. All~ clean and eco-friendly products, so.. I feel like I'm being treated well~~ It's in Cheonan. Please stop by. It's close to Cheonan Asan Station. You have a lot to brag about... haha I want to tell you to go and experience it.

It's as comfortable as my own home and everything is equipped, so I don't need to bring it separately. It's quiet, clean, and has a private bedroom, so it's easy to sleep without being disturbed.

I booked it while looking for a place to stay in Dongtan, and I liked it because it was a clean and spacious duplex apartment. It was convenient to have a restaurant and a convenience store right below the accommodation. Thank you for responding to the message quickly. If I come to the Dongtan area again, I want to visit again.

Four families stayed with babies and dogs! The host was very! He was kind and responded right away, so I made a good reservation without any difficulties ~ The condition of the accommodation was really... completely clean beyond the cleanliness! The room was cozy ~ The bathroom was clean, so it was really nice! Parking is also available right in the building without having to wander, so I've used the parking lot comfortably without stress! There is also a dog walk park nearby, and it was in a location where you can quickly go 5 minutes by car, such as a convenience store right below, a traders, and a seafood market nearby. If you have another Suwon schedule next time, the revisit rate is 1000%!
