신논현역에서 걸어서 오기에 편하고 버스정류장도 가까워서 넘 위치가 좋았고 교통이 강북강남 어디든 가기 좋았네요주변에 편의점부터 식당 카페가 너무 많아서 최고의 위치였어요 방도 어떤곳은 사진과 다른곳도 많고 청소가 좀 부실한곳도 있었는데 이곳은 사진그대로 깨꿋하게 청소되어있었고 전기 주전자까지 세척해 둔것이 인상적이었어요 호스트분도 빠르게 응답해주시고 편의도 봐주셔서 넘 편하게 내 집처럼 지냈어요 담 한국방문시에도 이곳에 오고 싶어요 스튜디오지만 넓은 소파거실공간까지 있어서 아들과 둘이 여유롭게 지냈어요

今回初めての利用でした。 駅からも近く、ソウル、明洞、東大門など主要都市からもアクセスが良かったです！ 連絡もすぐ取れる環境だったのですごく助かりました！ また利用します！

J was a friendly, reliable and helpful host. He readily answered all questions I had. The place was clean and comfortable. They replaced towels and cleaned the room every few days. The massage chair and LG Styler was A++. The gym was large. A very worthwhile stay with a great host.

In a central area and close to the station! Judy was a great host, and the place was perfect for two people!

Jake's place is perfect! You couldn't have a better place like this: perfect and centric location with superb transport connections to the city and to Incheon Airport which is very far from the city center. The place is also super cosy with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Jake is also an amazing host that cares for your stay to be as smooth as possible. margaret is very helpful and responsive. location is in a quiet part of seoul, near bus stations and subway. lots of restaurants around and has a convenience store in the building. room is good for 2 people, complete with amenities - toiletries, laundry, iron, towels, tissues, plastics for trash. host also provided complimentary drinks and snacks. recommended and will definitely book again.

The host was very responsive and even found a way to help us check in early. Very thoughtful as to prepare refreshments upon our arrival given the heat. The place is secure, very comfortable and absolutely cozy - just the right place to come home to after a long day’s stroll. :) Highly recommended!

Han put a lot of explanation (even in english) that were very helpful. The appartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, it is really cozy. The subway station is really close, which is a big plus, and the river too.

we really had a great stay in Seoul and the location was perfect near Seoul station! the accommodation was clean in a peaceful and quiet area and we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend this place! :)

We had a great stay - Serena was a very responsive, attentive host and answered all of our questions and inquiries. The location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay there again, particularly for a longer trip. Instructions for taking the airport limo bus were flawless, and it's basically across the street from the in-town terminal. Only very positive things to say!

3박4일 교육차 왔는데 모텔 장박보다 빨래등 가능하니 특히 땀많이나는 여름철에 옷많이 챙길필요가 없어서 좋네요~^^ 생각했던것보다 더 넓고 깔끔했습니다~! 잘 쉬었다 갑니다~^^

Jenna was an extremely responsive host whenever I had questions about the gym, trash disposal. Her apartment was clean and ~5-7 min walk to Yeoksam and Gangnam station with convenience stores just across apartment. Love that the building had a big gym (with 3-4 treadmills etc) - though its operating hours might not fit those looking to hit a gym early morning. Would recommend this to business travelers looking for a cosy, clean place to stay with crucial amenities

Lee & Oh’s place is super clean and comfortable, made us felt right at home. You can feel a lot of love and care have been put into the apartment as the owners pay attention to every small detail, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also very spacious and perfect for families. Would definitely recommend 100%z

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.
