The location is just beautiful and quiet, if you are looking for rest you can go there without question. Dominique is very welcoming and available, great host. I lived for a few weeks in this little haven of peace and I only have one thing to say: it feels great in this apartment! Is it the decor? Wood, stones, books? I don't know. Anyway, I recommend it+++ In addition, it is a 5-minute walk from the center: small restaurants, terraces, shopping ...without the inconveniences of the city because it is very quiet. A few minutes away too, beautiful walks on the banks of the Yonne. Rich heritage in this department.

We often look for a nice place for an overnight stay on the long return journey. The place at Evelyne's was like an extension of the holiday! Rural and quiet, reception in the romantic courtyard under the linden tree with a drink, a friendly welcome. We were lucky that we could also sign up for dinner. This was beautifully arranged and just as delicious as the breakfast, a set table in the countryside. The bed has rare king-size dimensions in France and a really good mattress. It was nice and cool in the old walls, lovingly decorated, but also very practical: refrigerator, kettle, tea bags, 2 washcloths per person, to name a few. In short: absolutely recommended.
