We welcome you to our stylish, fully equipped apartment, renovated in April 2022 which offers a magnificent sea view, the port’s entrance and is the best spot to explore one of the hidden gems of the Cyclades islands, Serifos. Our apartment is just 300m from the picturesque beach Livadakia, the peaceful beach Karavi, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Port, the market, restaurants, bars and night life and a short drive to Chora, Serifos’ rocky capital, and plenty of attractive beaches.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Leivadakia is of one of most well known sandy beaches of the island with natural shade of the trees and few steps away from restaurants and cafe. Just few minutes walk down from the port/ Leivadi that can find bars, restaurants, grocery shops .
