A very cosy detached house with a beautiful view. It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A lovely house creatively decorated, 7 km away from the center of Ermoupoli. It has a splendid view to the bay of Fabrica. It is a five minute walk to a deserted beach and 15 minutes to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and a mini market.
