Pleasant stay in a functional apartment! Very good location, close to the beach. Everything is doable on foot by following the very well laid out waterfront. Very quiet environment, small courtyard suitable for eating outside. Very good telephone contact with Florence, who was very responsive in answering our questions.

We had a very pleasant weekend in this beautiful apartment with sea views. Ideally located between the nearby beach and the center of Valras. Marie-Jo is very responsive and attentive. I would highly recommend it.

We arrived at Sandra’s place to find a beautifully decorated apartment, so welcoming and peaceful. Everything we might have needed and more was available to us and so thoughtful. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. This is perfect place to use as a base to discover and explore all the surrounding sights and villages. We felt very welcome and comfortable in Régine's apartment. The reception by Régine was very warm, with a small tour and explanations of the apartment's amenities. The apartment is fully equipped, it really has everything you need. There are even beach chairs, umbrellas and games for the beach that you can take with you. The location and view from the apartment towards the beach is fantastic, the beach is very beautiful and was very little visited during our stay. We can recommend the sunset in the dunes, you sit there with a glass of wine somewhat sheltered and very quiet. Régine provided us very well with suggestions for local restaurants as well as events. We had a very nice time in Régine's apartment and will be happy to come back.

My family had a great time. I thank Gaëlle, who was able to provide us with all the necessary needs and arranged our arrival times. Very kind and welcoming, plus the apartment is perfect. We would definitely recommend it and will definitely be back!

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with beautiful volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to gruissan, we will not hesitate to return to your apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay in Florence's apartment. The view is splendid and the terrace huge! The living room is very large and the apartment is very well arranged. Communication with Florence is perfect, she is a very responsive and very friendly host. A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is conveniently located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is installed, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.
