House holiday rentals in Sérignan

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The house is impeccable and the services offered correspond to reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Needless to say more than PERFECT! The house is large, clean and very bright and the host is very kind and responsive . Special mention for the huge stay and the 10/10 pool….

The house is beautiful. The pool and gardens are great. The house has everything you could need. It really is a well appointed family home. The location is perfect. You can walk to the town square in 5 minutes and to a large Carrefour in 10 minutes. The E bus to beach or Bezier is a short walk and runs every 30 minutes or so. Lovely bakery and restaurants in Sérignan. We would definitely return. The best holiday we have had as a young family.

The house has everything you need, it's great for going with dogs. The outdoor barbecue is great. We loved the stay. Thank you very much!

Julie is always very responsive and gives all the useful info. The barbecue area and the terrace with large dining table are very nice. Quiet area and easy to park. The sea is 10 minutes away, either Valras-Plage or Sérignan plage. We'll be back

This apartment house is outstanding compared with many other accomodations we had in the past. Close to the St. Pierre la mer beach (walking distance 200 m), 5 minutes with the car to the St. Pierre promenade with lots of restaurants, a local market every day (8 to 13), extraordinarily equipped apartment and so forth. We were two couples (my wife and me, my daughter with husband and three kids. Sufficient space inside and outside the building with two terraces, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, everything lovingly furnished by our host Adeline (and Stephane, of course). Concierge service is available taking care of key handover, laundry / linen exchange if required, problem solving etc. We are happy to recommend this beautiful piece of jewelry in form of a holiday home from the bottom of our heart.

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Patrick's little house is quite exceptional. Nestled in the middle of the scrubland, it is very nicely decorated and benefits from an idyllic and peaceful setting. Despite the warmth of June, the house remains cool. The terrace is very pleasant at the end of the day. Patrick is very welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant 2 minutes walk from the house is delicious and with excellent service. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon.

We had a lovely stay at this place, the main positive point being the proximity to the beach and the sea. The center of Valras Plage is twenty minutes away on a quick walk, it's best to have bikes. The space is nice to live in, even if the kitchen equipment is pretty basic, but the portable hobs work well. The different tables from the outside always allow you to eat in the shade. The small negatives were the broken trash can when we arrived, the couch siding very damaged, but the owner had planned to change it, and a spin problem with the washing machine. But that didn't stop us from having a good week!

Everything was perfect! The apartment matches the listing description and photos. It is very well equipped, modern, functional, located in a very quiet residential area. The private parking space is very nice. Claire is a very responsive and friendly host. We will definitely return to her accommodation.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places around. We recommend it +++. We would not hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thanks!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Warm welcome from Nathalie and Eric. The house was very clean, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. The wifi is excellent, and the air conditioning works very well. The environment is very quiet, the Canal du Midi is nearby and a convenience store is within walking distance. I recommend it.

Excellent! Our second stay here and there will definitely be a third. Very private, great location and the perfect accommodate for a family (I have two young children). The host was very responsive and the local host friendly and approachable.

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for young and old, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool, which is completely separate but still a little cool (due to cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

Overall, it was a very relaxing stay in the beautiful, small, well-equipped cottage. Mathilde is a super host, always super nice and responds quickly. We were there with the bikes and were able to park them safely in the enclosed courtyard in front of the house. I would check in with Mathilde again at any time.

I recommend 100000% both the host and the accommodation. The villa is splendid and even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Everything is done and thought of to spend a dream stay.
