Very nice apartment, nice view from the terrace. Well arranged, we had a very good stay.

Very well equipped accommodation, nothing missing, from linens to cooking utensils or media area everything is available. Air conditioning/heating is a plus as is the well-positioned terrace. Julien and Laetitia's place is very clean, spacious and perfectly arranged. We had a great time and would recommend. Will and Angelique.

The apartment located on the 4th floor is very new (2024) and modern, it has air conditioning in the main room as well as in the bedroom. There is a terrace with a small sea view on the side. The covered parking on Level 1 of the building is very convenient (but the signage to access the elevator is very poorly indicated) for info, you have to take the door that is right next to parking space No. 128. A beautiful sandy beach is accessible 100 m from the apartment and a Carrefour City is just below the residence and allows you to do your shopping without having to use your vehicle. Valras Loc has always been responsive and pleasant from the beginning to the end of our stay. Only small thing to improve, the network and the wifi code provided on our booking voucher did not work, we finally found the box that was in the closet and activated the wifi. We recommend this rental 100%. Kind regards

We had a great weekend!! The accommodation is really perfect and with an incredible view. It is located at a height and crossing the same in strong heat it is pleasant. It has a lot of accessories and appliances (household product, coffee, air fryer, planchas, etc.) my companion and I already plan to leave quickly!!!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable. The reception was very kind. The beach right in front of the apartment is very nice and not crowded. The apartment corresponds to the pictures and is tastefully decorated. The view is great.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

Apartment in a great location facing the port and next to the sea. The sunrise in the morning is beautiful to see. The location allows you to do everything on foot (beach, restaurant, shop, promenade, etc.). A clean and welcoming place to spend a holiday alone or with others. Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can reach the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, baby bed, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioning systems in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

The place was very clean, everything is as pictured. Just 150 meters from the beach. There is a bakery and a small supermarket across the street. Also the contact with Carla was very nice and straightforward :)

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!

Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make the stay of travelers easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. the apartment is very well located, a stone's throw from the cathedral. You can see it through the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that you did not manage to operate properly and the lack of towels to wipe your hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more practical. We had a great time in Avignon!
