The house is definitely worth its price. The equipment is great and in case of problems you get an answer directly from Mar&Joan. The beach is as on the pictures directly accessible and very beautiful. Within walking distance is a shop that has everything you need with a very nice shop owner!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and beach. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness. Communication was quick and friendly from start to finish. When we had a very minor issue, the host’s son came out straight away and sorted it without any fuss such a nice touch and really appreciated! We felt totally looked after throughout our stay. Highly, highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Cata’s place :-) The house is very nice and well equipped, and provided you have a car is well located to visit the whole island! The surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing, and very close there are 2 charming villages (Sant Joan & Petra) with all commodities (supermarket, restaurants & bars)! Plus Cata was really easy to communicate with and very helpful, looking forward to coming back ;-)

Great apartment, had a great stay! The location is very quiet, you can also walk to the old town, and by car you can reach beautiful sandy beaches in a few minutes. Would love to come back!

We loved staying in Estellencs and this authentic townhouse. The village is very small and the house was really close to everything. We didn’t need to use any air condition since the house was nice and cool. The roof terrass is absolutely wonderful with views over the village, mountains and a glimpse of the ocean. Perfect for evenings with the sun going down right in front. The standard of the outdoor furniture is ok but pretty old and well used, so don’t expect luxury in that sense but another kind of luxury. The walk down to the beach for a swim is well worth it evan though the walk up to the village again is a bit of an effort in the hot afternoon sun. At last, Ambika who is the host is so friendly, helpful and extremely quick with answers. All in all, we will come back!

This place is everything you could want and more. We gasped as we walked inside because it was so nice. Fantastic location. Quiet at night but so close to amazing restaurants and all the main sightseeing.

This home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! We stayed 8 nights with our 3 grown children. The rooms were perfect for our family. There are multiple levels, so it is important to feel comfortable with stairs (this was not an issue for us). The AC worked very well. One bedroom that has a single twin bed does not have an AC, but the fan was sufficient in that room. We loved having access to swim in the ocean right off of our property! One of the showers is small (good for smaller people). The other shower was a good size. Portocolom is an easy walk with a few nice restaurants. We had a car so we drove to many local towns & beaches. There is a good supermarket (Eroski) in Portocolom, less than 5min drive. Sunset from the upper balcony was magnificent! We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful home!!

The place is very nice, located in a small beautiful village. It is a really great starting point to explore the north part of the island. It is well equipped and it has everything you need. Great stay, responsive host and peaceful neighborhood 1 hour from Palma. The house was very clean, easy to access, and well furnished. It is also close to a small beach within walking distance, which makes it even more pleasant.

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

A beautiful house, in the middle of the old town. Great equipped. Nevertheless, you have your peace and quiet. The standard is very high and Stella has very good taste. Everything is new and in good shape. There are many small shops and good gastronomy in the immediate neighborhood. The weekly market is literally outside the front door. It is advisable to drink a good red wine before going to bed in the evening, as the church is right next door and unfortunately also rings the time at night. 😂 We really enjoyed the time and would love to come back. Stella probably has other great places to stay on the island that we will certainly visit again.

Very nice house on a great location. Very well equipped with everything you need. The roof terrace is very nice. Everything is very nice with attention to detail. The beach is about 200m from the house on foot. Supermarkets, restaurants and shopping facilities are also within walking distance in a few minutes. Susanne was always quick to reach from the beginning. If we go on holiday in Can Picafort again, we would book with Susanne again.

The home was comfortable and clean in a quiet and beautiful location - the drive down to the village was a bit intimidating but completely worth it! Maria gave helpful suggestions for places to see in the area and was very communicative.

We had a fantastic week at Marianella’s place. The location was perfect for us, quite complex but close to so many places to explore and eat out. We recommend the beach in Purtopetro if you like it a little less busy. The house was so well equipped from the kitchen (oil, vinegar, dish washer tablets, detergent etc), the bedrooms (cot, bed guard, linen etc), to lots of extras like a cool box, beach/pool toys and shade and stair gate to name but a few. The only thing we missed from home was a step in the bathroom so our 3 years old could reach the sink. The whole house is stunning, our family particularly loved the outside space and we used the rooftop terrace in the morning and evening. Marianella provided really clear instructions on how to get the key and how to find the house and she also recommended things for us to do during our stay. Thank you for letting us stay there Marianella, we can’t wait to return next year!

We ADORED this house and garden! The style, decor and layout are phenomenal. We loved the old townhouse, with modern, but sympathetic upgrades. The kitchen is fully equipped, the welcome pack of wine, milk and snacks so thoughtful, and appreciated. The garden is so much bigger than we had anticipated and the pool was so refreshing! We loved the top floor and balcony - we used it for morning yoga, and for sundowners after a long day hiking. Location is so good - quiet but very close to centre of Soller, and buses/tram etc. The beds were comfy, showers with great water pressure. Comms and instructions were clear and really helpful! Thankyou so much - we had a fabulous time!
