Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

You 'll have your own private room (with lockable door) and also you can use the garten . Coffee & tea plus a fridge with cold beverages in your room. Parking in front of the house. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The "fisherman's cottage" is located directly on the waterfront and the sunbathing area. You are surrounded by nature and animals - countless wild birds (some of them nest in the beams, we even have turret falcons), ducks, chickens, geese, peacocks... dogs, cats and horses are also among the residents.
