Welcome to our apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen, which was newly renovated in 2022! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, go cycling and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Enjoy your holiday in rural idyll on the Büdenhof Jahn in beautiful Upper Franconia. The Büdenhof Jahn is a family-run Naturland farm with organic farming and livestock breeding. The Büdenhof is now in the fourth generation of family ownership. On the one hand, you can enjoy the quiet location in nature and at the same time are centrally located to reach the old town of Seßlach in just 10 minutes by car or the cities of Coburg and Bad Staffelstein in 15 minutes by car.

From here you can reach the historic cities with their cultural monuments such as Coburg, Bad Staffelstein, Lichtenfels, Kronach, Kulmbach, Bayreuth, Bamberg and Nuremberg as well as the low mountain ranges of Franconian Forest, Franconian Switzerland, Fichtel Mountains and Thuringian Forest. From Untermerzbach, the so-called "Pearl of the Itzgrunds", you can discover the diverse Franconian landscape and culture excellently. On foot you can reach our bakery café Schoder, two garden centers with vegetables and fruit or the beer garden Baumanns and the pizzeria Toscana in 5 minutes.

Good afternoon Welcome to the Willma Ruhe apartment. The apartment offers all kinds of amenities. A grill is available in the garden. The south-facing balcony offers optimal conditions for sunbathing. The apartment is quietly located and thus offers pure relaxation! In the village there is a restaurant with beer garden and an ice cream parlor with delicious homemade farm ice cream as well as vending machines with regional delicacies.
