The apartment is conveniently located in Sète. The balcony is very nice in the morning for breakfast and in the evening. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is well equipped for a few days.

Friendly and super available hosts Very clean and well-equipped accommodation ideally located: the beach is just in front of the residence, the public transport stop is 2 minutes away I would definitely stay again.

Fanny's place is really good, spacious, very clear, the terrace is nice ... if there is not a strong Tramontane! Only downside, the lamps on the sofa in the living room and bedrooms are insufficient to read if your view is a little weak. Having a private garage and bike storage is a plus (as long as you don't have a vehicle too high), with elevator with direct access from the floors to the garage. Otherwise there is huge free parking across the street. In fact, the whole residence is well secured. We were very well received by Djaouida, who is very kind and responds quickly to questions. In addition, the apartment had everything you could need: cleaning products, kitchen accessories, spices, various sauces. WiFi works great. Located right in front of a rising bridge, it offers a real recurring show! We really felt very good in this apartment and we warmly recommend it.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for those who want to be close to the beach, bus at the foot of the residence for the beach or the city if needed. (note that on Sundays, there is only one bus per hour) The view from the terrace is great. Ease of communication with Cathy who let us stay a little longer on the last day.

We loved this weekend at Michel's place. Communication with our host was perfect, everything was explained to us very well in a precise way. We thank him very much for this. The accommodation was very good, in a secure, quiet and clean residence. The view of the pond was superb, which added a plus to the accommodation. Sète and its surroundings are very easy to visit. Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.
