Family-friendly holiday rentals in Severance

Very large accommodations with large kitchen and table for eight. Exactly what we were looking for to host family and grandparents to celebrate a new CSU grad.

We loved our stay at Erik's place in Fort Collins. Perfect location in newer development walking distance to main street and nearby water area called Poudre river. Bedrooms spacy and comfy and great amenities such as coffee maker and french press. We really enjoyed the roof-top jacuzzi with time intervals to use (other back unit also has timed access) - plenty of time to enjoy especially sunset. Highly recommend the yellow taco truck right off Main street to the house! Great food all along the main town! Erik was super responsive and we would definitely stay again!

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

Amazing house to rent to visit your kids at CSU. Walk to the stadium. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Will absolutely rent again!!

They had everything you could possibly need, and if you forgot something, they had it available for you. Great people, great house, great scenery, very comfortable beds. 10 out of 10

The view from the rooftop was absolutely beautiful. Erik was very proactive on making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. House is very cute and homely. Very accurate from the pictures and descriptions online. Within walking distance to almost everything you need. Highly recommended Erik and his family to host your next getaway!

Kevin’s house was great for a large group. We all had the space we needed as did the dogs.

We really loved staying here! Close to old town yet very quiet and peaceful. Beautifully designed gardens, lovely space itself. Even though it’s the bottom half of the home, it felt incredibly private. Every person we met was kind and helpful, not to mention patient with our 3 year old daughter who loves to meet everyone

Excellent stay in a nicely redone and very clean craftsman cottage on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy to get to anywhere in Loveland. Two comfortable bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, great laundry room … and a nice dining/living room area. There’s a train track behind the backyard, but the train only goes by in mid-morning and we honestly barely heard it. Super communications with Anthony.

We loved our stay at Cheryl's place. We needed a place that would allow dogs, that was close to CSU and this was perfect. We were in town for CSU's graduation and so were quite busy going back and forth to the campus. The house was well stocked and clean. It had a large fenced in backyard and our dog LOVED walking around the neighborhood. Cheryl was flexible when our dates and times changed and I appreciated her kindness.

Our stay at Lana’s place was peaceful and a great place to disconnect. The views were amazing and Lana and Morgan were perfect hosts! Lana thought of everything, which is nice because it is a drive to a store. The breakfast and the option for other meals is a great personal touch. We would definitely come back when we could explore a little more.

So much fun to be right in the heart of Old Town! Everything was easily walkable, including delicious coffee right downstairs. The apartment is spacious and inviting, with comfortable beds and a very nice shower. We will be back!

We were in Fort Collins for a college visit with our son and found Fred and Carol’s place to be very comfortable and clean. Fred’s woodworking skills are impressive and on full display in each room — the staircase is amazing! And the back yard is inviting and relaxing. The location is close to the CSU campus and within walking distance of the fantastic downtown — just a great neighborhood. Fred and Carol were the perfect hosts, and we enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them a little. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Hosts were wonderful and responsive and flexible with specific requests. We were very grateful for their flexibility and generosity. Place was great, clean and welcoming. Loved the little accommodations the hosts provided, such as snacks. It was a hot summer weekend and the AC unit worked AMAZING. The house was a perfect temperature.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s apartment in Fort Collins! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Tim was responsive and thoughtful, and his local restaurant recommendations were spot on. Traveling alone with my small kids, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the space felt. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Plus, being able to walk into town quickly and easily was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at the laughing squirrel! It’s a super cool pad that is conveniently located Perfect for our family of 4 visiting Fort Collins family and friends.

Kelly is an amazing host. She knew we would be checking in late that evening and she left the light on to make it easier for us to get in and settled. The cottage is as cute in person as it is online. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!!

We brought 50 teens and adults to Loveland for a mission trip. We split up between 5 houses and a group of guys and male leaders stayed at Diana’s place in Fort Collins. They enjoyed their stay and were pleasantly surprised to have homemade cookies upon check-in! Diana does a good job of making sure house guests feel at home!

We have stayed at Josh’s condo for the past several years, and we hope to continue this trend. Josh is an excellent host and this property is just about right for us. Location is great, within walkable distance to Old Town and a 10 minute ride to our daughter’s home. The kitchen is well -stocked and easy to use, and the entire unit simply feels comfortable to us. We always look first for Josh’s place when we begin our planning our annual trip to Fort Collins.

Joe’s place was exactly as described, great decor, very clean and nice neighborhood. Joe’s place has many personal touches for travelers. We were very pleased and will definitely stay again.
