We stayed at Monika’s for the weekend to go to Dollywood and it was PERFECT! We had so much space and were so comfortable and felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area! Thank you Monika!

Great place for a couple to stay. I loved the minimal but cute decor in just the right places. Felt comfortable here. Plenty of towels & washcloths for two. The king size memory foam mattress bed was very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub on point. Ice in the freezer was a big plus. Filters for coffee pot in cabinet was a life saver as I forgot to bring any. Food, fun & The Island are all found in a 5 to 10 min walk. You can also avoid some traffic by taking the secondary street next to the Parkway from the condo to get from point A to B a little quicker. Loved that part. Leslie and John sent clear & easy check in & out instructions. We had no issues with our stay and I'll definitely check availability for this spot on our next visit.

From the beginning, I was impressed with Rachel being proactive and communicating well with me. She was always quick to respond to any messages I sent. Check-in was super easy. My family and I absolutely loved her place! It was just like the photos and description. There were many upgraded light fixtures and plenty of outlets to plug in cell phones etc. We loved the kitchen and the French style door refrigerator. It was nice having a filtered water pitcher in the fridge and having ice in the freezer. The entire place was well thought out and very comfortable for us. The place just had an upscale touch, but also very comfortable. Above all else, it was extremely clean! We loved staying here and hope to come back again!

We felt very appreciated by our hostess. She checked on us during our stay as well as before to ask about any needs we might have or services she could help.provide for us. Condo was central to all our various activities and there were many of them. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub located next door, and the patio was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Laurie for allowing us to stay in your home. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

This condo was perfect for our trip. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stepped foot in! Everything was in working order and maintained meticulously. It was just the right spot, a tiny bit outside of Pigeon Forge but not too far at all from all the attractions. We definitely enjoyed the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. The beds were comfortable and Thomas provided plenty “start up” items for our use. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all friends and family!

This condo was exactly what was described. You can be in the heart of Gatlinburg in about 15 minutes but have a very private and quiet oasis to enjoy the beauty of the Smokies. We would stay here again!

my boyfriend & i had a wonderful stay here. it’s close to all the attractions and only like a 20-30 minute drive to Gatlinburg. the place was very clean and check-in was a breeze. the host was always responsive right away and the instructions were very clear. definitely would book again !

We looked at a lot of rentals and did not think it would be possible for us to take a family vacation, everything was just too expensive. Then we found Stony Brook. This is an older dated building but has been kept up and maintained well. It has everything you need. It was very tidy, neat and clean. The only issue we had was the internet connection, which was responded to immediately. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you Stony Brook for making this family vacation possible for us!

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! We stayed here with our dog, and it was the perfect fit. For walking and going to eat we were able to do it with ease with its location and pricing! The hosts are incredible and super responsive. Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria’s place. It was squeaky clean and exactly as described. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! It was a pleasure to communicate with Victoria as she was very responsive and helpful. The location to Pigeon Forge fun was superb. This townhome was also not too far from UT. We would definitely book again.

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

We had a great stay at Chris’ place. Everything was great, clean, and comfortable. Communication was excellent!

We loved staying here it was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch watching the geese and ducks. Since it’s a corner condo we noticed our porch was a lot bigger than the rest. Ashley was super quick to respond to anything I needed. I really love that we was in the heart of everything but back enough off the main strip that it felt more private and it was quite. I will definitely book with Ashley again and look forward to it.

Good, clean two bedroom, two bath accommodations. Walkable to the Gatlinburg strip and very close to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Accurately described and great value.

We recently celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary and absolutely had the best time. Condo was conveniently located to a ton of attractions, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely recommend this place to others!

We always like staying at the Riverstone resort. The condo we stayed in was as expected in a very good way. The king bed was not that great, really springy but that’s an us issue and not a deal breaker. We still were able to sleep. The pools were nice the lazy river especially. The relaxing view right next to the river was also very nice. It’s got great proximity to Dollywood and other popular spots right in Pigeon Forge. It’s a great spot and will continue to be one of the places we stay while in Pigeon Forge.

Place was as beautiful as the pictures. Host was very attentive and checked in through app to assure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved staying at Stevie's place.! Our family enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and looking over the golf course. It was such a special family time. Pictures provided represent her place very well. Her home is very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. Beds were comfy, kitchen comes equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. There was a nice starter pack provided for kitchen, washer/dryer, and toiletries. Stevie was responsive and helpful. I highly recommended booking through Stevie and would stay at her place again.
