Guesthouse holiday rentals in Sevier County

Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

Wonderfully quiet location, yet close enough to get to stores with a quick drive. Quiet roads even up into the nest neighborhood, thus great for walking my dog without all the fuss of packing up to get to a location. Michele and Joe are fabulous hosts and very responsive to any concerns. In the end they made me feel like part of their family during the time I was there. My dog and I will definitely return for a third stay and more!

Just a great place to stay.

My stay was so comfy and cozy. The place is very unique. Perfect size for 2. We didn't want to leave. Hot tub was perfect. Host were friendly and had good communication. Definitely would stay here again.

This is our second time staying with Diane and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! We had two adults, a teen, and a toddler. It was a bit of a squeeze with a playpen and a wheelchair, but we were still comfortable! Diane was a great host and we appreciated the small, detailed touches!

Everything was great. Lisa was very responsive and we were absolutely satisfied abd will recommend and return in the future.

This was a beautiful loft, off the beaten path. The view is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect for a trip to Knoxville. And if you get in late, no worries it's right next to Bucee's for all your needs!

This farmhouse was gorgeous and extremely cozy. I loved the old vintage and rustic look and feel of it. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy alone time with my husband. The sunroom was absolutely to die for! Perfect for sitting with a good book and cup of coffee. You could relax and watch the birds nesting outside the window. Highly recommend a stay in this sweet little farmhouse.

we loved this place, it went well above our expectations. it is very large and well appointed, close to everything, great yard. had comfortable seating for all, great bed too, would love to stay here again.

We cannot say enough good about The Bunkhouse! So much better than depicted in the pictures! There is a beautiful view from the kitchen/dining area and a beautiful porch with rocking chairs surrounded by railings and latched gates! The ladder to the upstairs also has a railing and latched gate as well! Perfect for our escape artist toddler! Took her a full two days to figure out the latches! There are trails to hike, a fish pond, and a children’s play area and small creek at the bottom of the mountain that guests also have access! This place is perfect for families with small children! Everyone is so friendly! A true Tennessee experience!

Had a fantastic stay! Walked in and were welcomed with the fresh scent of a clean home, complimentary snacks and even had extra chargers for devices! The location was perfect! Tucked away privately but a short drive without the traffic to all the fun that the smokies has to offer! Will definitely stay again!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

my friends and I have been friends for over 15 years, and every year we take a week long trip to a new place. this year happened to land us in Tennessee. Where we had an amazing time exploring the area during the day, and staying at this cozy house at night. Thank you Matt and Betsy for the hospitality

This place had everything! It is perfect and secluded, surrounded by woods and wildlife in the Smoky Mountains. It was even better than I expected. We loved it! Well worth the price we paid for our 3 night stay. Will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s Airbnb. Very clean place, very responsive host and the place was exactly as pictured. I would definitely recommend her place if visiting the Gatlinburg Area.
