Elegantly furnished, it offers open living space, dining, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertop. The master bedroom offers a K sized bed, a 42” smartTV, a walk in closet/on suite with stand up shower and double sink. The 2 other bedrooms have Q size beds. They share hallway bath with bath/shower. Sheets and towels provided.

It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.
