Excellent vacation spot for Ohioans on a school fall break; outdoor pools are heated and the resort is close to attractions (fun new mountain rollercoaster) and yummy restaurants. Only 1 hr from Clingmans Dome! Hosts had excellent communication

Nice room, well worth the price paid. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook instead of eating out for every meal. There were plenty of grocery stores near by (Publix, Kroger, WalMart) so no need to bring groceries. Plenty of attractions and things to do near by also. The bed was comfy, the couch bed was comfy, everything was clean, just needed an extra blanket or two. I’d recommend this room and I’d stay here again.

For my first official stay on Air BnB I was glad to spend it here in Joyce’s lodge. The lodge itself was fantastic. I loved the room/bathroom. Small parking lot but not a problem. I’m not sure if it was posted in the listing but there is a pool, but it is several miles off site. The breakfast is also offsite but only a mile down the road. The breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend the Rivergate Mountain Lodge for a lovely place in Pigeon Forge.

The room was great. It was comfortable and clean and had great water pressure. The in room jacuzzi was nice after a long day of hiking. I also enjoyed to elevator, so carrying stuff to and from the room was a breeze. It did have a bit of loud music from the business across the street, but was quiet after 10pm.

This place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location is great and the room was exceptionally clean! The decor is beautiful and we had everything we needed. We had a slight issue with the mini fridge not cooling properly and Joyce immediately had another brought in. She is amazing and I would stay here again.

We decided to make a last-minute weekend road trip to Pigeon Forge and were so happy to see to Joyce’s place was still available. We weren’t going to arrive until very late, but Joyce said since the room was self check-in, it wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived, we were happy to see to see the bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, and there were fresh towels and linens. In the morning, we woke up to a gorgeous view of the creek and the mountains outside the private balcony. Joyce’s place is close and convenient to all the attractions in the Pigeon Forge area and I would highly recommend it to anyone taking a trip in the area!

Club Wyndham was spectacular. It was closer to everything, very affordable, and had all the extras. I highly recommend.

Room 302 is an excellent value! Perfect for a getaway! Within walking distance to excellent food (Old Mill Pottery Cafe specifically), a distillery, wine store (Elkmont Winery; They have ciders too!), shops, activities, homemade ice cream (Old Mill Creamery), AND the Pigeon Forge Transportation Center. There is an elevator! A nice, welcomed surprise. The pool is a 15 min lovely drive up into the mountains. When you get to the wedding chapel, go to the left, down the little road that says "private drive." There is parking available just below/behind the pool. There is a restroom, loungers, a picnic table, and some pool toys (noodles and balls). This isn't the best location for small children or people who go to sleep early. The go cart venue music, announcements, engines, and leaf blowers can be heard till after midnight. With the TV on, you cannot hear them though. We were not bothered, just aware. We enjoyed time on the balcony listening to the river and had a bald eagle visit us!

Alexander did a great job at responding to any questions we had. We unexpectedly were able to arrive early and he and the facility accommodated an early check-in for us. We had rented a single space and Alexander actually upgraded us to adjoining apartments. So the space was much larger. Would definitely recommend renting from Alexander! I know when we go back, we definitely will be using him again.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay at Joyce’s place. We loved the area the cleanliness and hospitality from Joyce . We definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Had a great stay . Hotel was close to trailhead entrance to national park . Perfect place for those traveling with dogs and enjoying hiking.

We had an incredible stay at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort! The views were absolutely breathtaking, making every morning feel magical. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The water park was an absolute hit with our kids—they had a blast and didn’t want to leave! The on-site restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals that everyone in the family enjoyed. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place for families!

Great family place!!! Was so happy to have the opportunity to go back to this place! Perfect place for family vacation! Easy check-in and staff was great at explaining everything! With this stay we had full access to the wilderness of the Smokies! I recommend a cabana it $50-80 for the whole day, great for the family! The resort room was perfect! Great shops and places to eat on site. And just a 45min drive with traffic to Gatlinburg! Highly recommend! Definitely will be going through this air bnb on the future!

Loved our placed! It’s at the end of the building which we liked. Recommend bringing an extra blanket or maybe Alan can add one to the room. It has two areas to get ready. That was nice!
